A propuesta del Ministerio de Justicia, Culto y Derechos Humanos, en su escrito de fecha 26 de enero último y, en uso de las facultades que Me confiere el Artículo 41, inciso h) de la Ley Fundamental del Estado, Vengo en Nombrar Encargado del Registro Civil Central de la Región Continental, Delegados, Notarios y Registradores Provinciales y Distritales de todo el ámbito Nacional como se indica a continuación:
